How Do I Upload My Files?
Upon receipt of your payment you will be sent a confirmation email containing a secure link to upload your files. its simple!

Just drag & dropping your files & fill in the required info. Hit Create Project & wait while uploading finishes.
What is the turn around time?
Typical turn around time for the initial mixes is 1 - 2 Business days depending on demand.
Upon listening to your mix you may have some changes or revisions you’d like made. You’ll receive most initial revisions* the same day or the following business day depending on when they’re you submitted.
Upon approval of the final mix you’ll receive all your files within 24 Hours from the time of approval!
How Many Revisions Are Included?
* 1 Initial & ** 1 Final Revision before finalizing the mix.
We do our absolute best to create an amazing mix that sounds exactly how you want it the first time.
We mix with clarity & leaving room for the artist in mind by creating the perfect pocket for their vocals to breathe! Ounce your mix is ready you’ll receive an email notification that your new beat mix is available.
How Do I Communicate Revisions?
Ounce we’ve uploaded the initial mix you’ll then be able to stream it through the project link which was emailed to you after creating the project.
You’ll be able highlight & create loop-points which you can attach any revisions or mix notes to. Then we’ll receive a notification you’ve added mix notes & be able to playback the loop-points you’ve created so we know exactly what your revisions or mix notes are referring to & make sure you get the changes you want the first time!
I want to sell my beats - will I receive stems to upload to my beat store?
YES… Just select the “included” option in the track out options drop down menu prior to purchase
Upon approval of your final mix we will export:
The Mixed Beat in: WAV. (48KHZ) & MP3. (320KBPS) formats.
All The Stems in: WAV. (48KHZ) format so you can upload them to your beat store. This allows you full control to make any changes as needed.
What If I’m still not happy with the mix after the Final Revisions?
While we’re sure you will be happy with the mix. If you are still not happy with the mix after the final revisions have been made - any additional changes may require an additional fee.
This fee will be determined at our discretion & will reflect the depth of the changes you are looking to make. *** Minor or **** Major Revision

Terms & Defintions
(Explained)
* Initial Revisions: These are any changes you’d like us to make after you’ve reviewed the initial mix.
ie. “Turn the kick down a little, snare up a little, pad is too loud, lead melody is too quiet, add some bite to the snares, make the kick punchier” etc.
If you have any larger changes you’de like to make - Now Is The Time!
ie. “I want to change the high hat or snare pattern, kick sound or add an extra percussion track” etc.
** Final Revisions: These are any further changes you’d like after you’ve reviewed the revised mix. ie. “everything sounds great but can you mute the snare in the intro, the new snare is too quite or to loud etc.
Upon completion of the final revisions & your approval of the final mix you’ll receive all your files within 24 Hours!
